Refund Policy

30-day refund window. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are processed by our reseller, Paddle, to your original payment method.
One refund per SolarWinds Instance. Refunds are limited to one per SolarWinds Instance (identified by its license request code) and one per customer organization. Licenses bought for an instance that has already received a refund are not refundable.
Refunded licenses are revoked. When a refund is issued, the License File is cancelled. Continued use is not permitted, breaches the End User License Agreement, and the Software will treat the license as unlicensed.
Renewals. A renewal is refundable within 30 days only if its new Term has not yet started.
Purchase orders. Purchases by purchase order or invoice follow the terms of that Order.
